Soho Picture Framing was founded in 1986 at 568 Broadway (New York, NY 10012). It is a division of MFI Art Company Inc., (www.mfiart.com) a corporate (and residential) art consulting company that opened its doors in 1977.

MFI has been framing for its clients since it’s inception, but did not have a framing only entity. When MFI moved from E. 20th Street in 1986, there were 43 galleries in its new Soho location, and MFI felt it was a time to offer its experience and expertise to other galleries and their collectors, and that’s how Soho Picture Framing got started.

Soho Picture Framing is currently in its third location in its original building on Broadway, and it still offers a wide selection of moldings, great design, and expert framing.
